Line-boring is required to allow pivot points and bearing houses to be bored out sufficiently to allow new bushes/ bearings to be inserted.

The process enables previously eroded holes to be returned to exactly the right size for the pins/ bearings to move sweetly in them.

This virtually eliminates excessive movement, and reduces wear and tear on the machine and driver.

Exact provide line boring facilities with boring equipment to cover sizes from 50mm to 400mm, or bigger if required, and up to any length.

The accuracy and alignment of this line is checked to a tolerance of +/-0.01mm
